Overview
PNGase F FLASH® is an engineered high-activity PNGase F variant designed for rapid and complete N-glycan removal in a fraction of the time required by conventional protocols. It is purpose-built for high-throughput QC release testing, multi-sample comparability studies and PAT environments where same-day sample preparation and analysis are operationally essential. Supplied as a ready-to-use liquid in a 50-reaction format.
Workflow
Key Benefits
Dramatically reduced deglycosylation time compared to conventional PNGase F enabling same-day sample preparation and analysis
Complete removal of all N-linked glycans including complex, high-mannose and hybrid-type structures
Supplied in a convenient 50-reaction format supporting high-throughput and multi-sample workflows
Eliminates glycoform-related mass heterogeneity for clean intact mass spectra and accurate molecular weight determination
Simplifies icIEF and CZE charge variant profiles by removing glycosylation-associated charge heterogeneity
Compatible with standard denaturing and native deglycosylation protocols
Liquid formulation, no reconstitution required; ready to use directly from storage
Animal-component free recombinant enzyme suitable for regulated analytical applications
